The Importance of a Learning Partner

Humans are social animals, and we often learn best from each other. We would like to encourage you to find a learning partner, if you haven’t already done so. This should be a fellow teacher. They could be more or less experienced than you, or have been teaching for the same amount of time; their experience isn’t important. Try not to worry about whether the person teaches the same age group or subject as you – a cross curricular approach can be extremely beneficial.
