Sustainable development begins with education. We live in a rapidly evolving world where lifelong learning is vital to keep up with this change. We help teachers develop their practice to raise learning outcomes, so they can help their students develop the skills needed to contribute more effectively to their communities. Teacher professional development (TPD) increases teacher motivation, confidence and commitment to learning. Applying new skills leads to a more stimulating and effective learning environment in classrooms.
Teach2030 provides TPD through a blend of easy access effective digital materials and support. Teach2030 enables educational environments to run a low-cost, high-quality and effective TPD programme. Our courses are not subject specific. Instead, they help all teachers, of any age group, with any level of experience to develop their teaching skills.
The Teach2030 programme supports leadership to build on existing TPD structures through 3 key roles: the Teach2030 Lead, the Teach2030 Coach and, of course, teachers. Teach2030 may also provide a Teach2030 Facilitator to help support implementation.
The Teach2030 Lead runs the programme and makes the fundamental decisions and supports the Teach2030 Coach. The Teach2030 Coach works closely with the Teach2030 Lead to deliver and guide teachers through the courses, keeping them both informed and motivated.
And now, teachers. They are at the core of everything we do and are proven to have 2-3 times the impact on learner achievement than any other factor. Teach2030 enables teachers to become even better than they already are, by continuing to develop their skills and knowledge long-term through regular, timetabled TPD sessions.
So, what’s in a Teach2030 course? They all include theory, practical classroom activities, writing an action plan, videos, building a teacher portfolio and learning partners. All resources are downloadable. The courses are bite-sized and digital, allowing you to learn at anytime, anywhere and at your own pace. We are proud of our Teach2030 community.
