How do I get a certificate?

To receive a certificate, you must complete part 1 and part 2 of a course.

If a course doesn’t have a part 1 and part 2 , you will receive a certificate at the end of the course.

To view your certificates, visit your profile page and click on the certificate icon.

You will need to download it in order to print it.

How do I enrol onto a course?

Part 1 courses

When you create an account you are automatically enrolled onto our Part 1 courses. Visit your profile page and click on any of the courses to get started.

Digital Learner or Part 1 (if you joined Teach2030 before May 2023)

To enrol onto our Digital Learner course or a Part 1 if you were not automatically enrolled, find the course, navigate to the course page and then click “Take this course”. If you are not logged in it will say “Login to enroll”. Click this to login and then you’ll be automatically enrolled onto the course you have chosen.

Visit your profile page and click on any of the courses to get started.

Repeat this process for all courses you enroll onto.

Part 2 Courses

To enrol onto a Part 2 course you must first complete the related Part 1 Course. Once you have done this, navigate to the course page of the Part 2 Course and click “Take this course”. You will then need to follow the steps through the checkout and pay $5 to enrol.

If you have a discount code you can add this at checkout to access it for free.

How do I use a discount code?

You may have a discount code to access a Part 2 for free. This can be inputted on the Basket page.

What is upskilling?

Upskilling is the process of learning new skills. At Teach2030, we’re always encouraging upskilling. Here’s why it’s important:

How do I register for Teach2030?

To create a free account on Teach2030, visit our registration page by clicking here.

Or click the Login/Register button in the grey menu at the top of the page.

Then click the white button on the screen below that will appear.

Once on the sign up page, fill in the form and press “Register.” You’ll be automatically redirected to your profile page.

Top tip: Your username can be the same as your email address, making it easier to login next time. Plus, don’t forget to make your password easy to remember.

How do I reset my password?

If you’re logged in

Visit your profile page by clicking here and simply fill in your old password and what you’d like your new password to be then click save changes. Your password is now changed.

If you’re not logged in and have lost or can’t remember your password

To login, find and click the Login/Register button in the grey menu.

Underneath the “Login” section in white, you’ll see a button that says “Lost your Password”.

Click this and on the page you’re taken to fill in your username or email address. You’ll then be sent an email with a link. Click on that link and you’ll be taken by our website where you can set a new password.

How do I pay for a Part 2 course?

When you have clicked on the checkout button, you will be taken to a payment page. You can pay my Paypal or credit/debit card.
